Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales targets through acquisitions of new clients and growing business from existing clients
- Identify improvement or new requirement by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities and offerings
- Establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities
- Area mapping, cold calling, prospecting
- Build corporate database and be responsible for complete sales cycle starting from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify potential opportunity to accelerate business volume
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals
- Prepare periodic sales reports
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Experience in selling into corporates
- Ability to make inroads into new corporates

Primary responsibilities
- Work with the team to ensure delivery of high fundraising solutions for the organisation
- Work on a wide range of responsibilities from initial client pitches till transaction closing.
- Supervise the team in preparation of information memorandum, research on industry and sector as part of transaction execution
- Lead transaction execution by investor/lender reach outs, negotiation of term sheets and other transaction documents.
Experience/ Skill sets
- Work experience of minimum 5 years
- Investment banking experience with PE/VC distribution is desirable
- Ability to have mature conversations with promoters/ CFOs
- Strong financial modelling and powerpoint presentation skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
