Replacement & Refunds
How do I replace a product?
Email us at support@diviniti.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos and videos showing the issue. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customized items are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Returns for size, color, or personal preference are not accepted.
Do you offer reverse pickup?
Yes, we provide reverse pickup services. Contact customer support to arrange it.
What if I receive a damaged product?

How long does customization take?
Depending on the complexity, customization can take approximately 10 working days. A precise timeline will be shared after consultation.
What are the payment terms for customized orders?
We require a 50% advance to begin work. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets.
Can I see the design before production?
Yes, we’ll share a detailed design sketch for your approval before beginning production.
